    “Today” resets at midnight in America/New_York. Automatic entries use the outlet’s report date instead of guessing a private time of death.

    The billion must be sourced.

    A credible wealth estimate near the event, not lifetime revenue, company valuation, or somebody’s confidence.

    The outlet owns the claim.

    A tightly limited list of established outlets can trigger the answer. Every card names and links the source; ambiguous headlines stay offstage.
